'Ohana means family. Family means nobody eats alone. In 2023 we opened the doors on Old Seward with two islands on the menu — the Philippines and Hawai'i — and one rule in the kitchen: cook it like you'd cook it for your titas, aunties, and cousins.

We hand-roll the lumpia. We sear the pork until the edges catch. We stir the halo-halo until the ube swirls. Then we plate it up and we call you over. That's the whole recipe.
